In a significant more, the Indore Bench of MP High Court directed the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to conduct scientific survey of the Bhojshala Temple-Kamal Maula Mosque complex. The bench felt to conduct survey to demystify the nature of the complex.
The 11th century monument is under the protection of ASI and as per the agreement, the puja is performed on Tuesday and namaz offered on Friday.
Further, the Hon’ble Bench also ordered ASI, “do complete scientific investigation, survey and excavation, through latest methods like GPR-GPS, carbon dating etc”.
