Future on IndiA Vs NDA

By K.V.V.V. Charya:  The Indi Alliance appears still in a state of hibernation, despite the soared up political atmosphere moving in its favour. Although there were visible sacrifices by its big-brother (Congress Party) the differences among its leaders still persist.

Though it was defeated earlier in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan and later in Haryana clearly shows there is no fight on ideological front anymore but the Opposition Alliance has to fight BJP lead NDA on proper seat sharing.

The fact is very clear that India, politically, divided into Hindu, represented largely by BJP while non-Hindu formation led by Congress led Alliance.

IndiAlliance leaders have still not reached on the seat adjustment, while BJP showing it’s generosity in sharing seats with its other partners and sharing power.

According to political observers, the Opposition Alliance failed to benefit from the discontent due to price rise and unemployment among the people. To do this, the Alliance needs to run a big campaign highlighting the economic failures of the NDA government and propose an alternative model. There the Alliance leadership failed and given an edge to NDA to win even having anti-incumbency wave.

Even today, the Chief Ministers of Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh will never give freehand to the Alliance leaders especially Congress leaders to take a policy decisions. The regional parties always differ on the economic policies and lacks national perspectives. On the other hand, the Congress leaders are having enough strength to prevail on the regional parties. Thus, one can comfortably conclude, that it would be hard for the Opposition Alliance to provide enough confidence to the India Voter.
